Blow molding technology

For automation in the field of blow molding technology, we have developed, among other things, solutions that automate the handling and processing of articles (such as automotive tanks, fuel filler pipes, air ducting components, wiper water tanks, plastic drums, and many more) and thus noticeably increase efficiency as well as cost-effectiveness in the entire process of blow molding technology.

Robot tooling first ensures automated removal from the blow mold. This is followed by deflashing and dipping in the cooling basin – also fully automated. Finally, the articles can be further processed in an automated manner, for example, by means of machining processes such as gouging, milling, fusion welding, leak testing, laser marking, and many more.
